Each cookie is baked using only natural ingredients, with no artificial flavors or coloring.
I use high-quality Belgian chocolate, European-style butter with 82% butterfat (richer and creamier than standard butter), real vanilla beans, 100% Italian pistachio paste known for its unmatched quality and deep, rich flavor, as well as real nut pastes carefully selected to elevate the taste and texture of every cookie.
As a mom of three, I carefully check every ingredient before giving sweets to my own children. I put the same care into these cookies, choosing only what I trust and what my family truly loves.
