Shipping & Delivery Policy

We currently ship within California only. 

Orders are available for Local Pickup, Huntington Beach, Orange County, CA.

All cookies are baked in small batches and prepared after an order is placed.

Processing time is typically 2 –4 business days before shipment or fulfillment.

Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

During busy holiday periods, processing times may vary slightly.

Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

 We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

 

Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Our cookies are freshly baked food items and cannot be resold once they leave our care.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at ezcookies.shop@gmail.com and include:

• your order number

• a clear photo of the issue

We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or issues after delivery.
