Our cookies are baked fresh in small batches using premium ingredients. For best flavor and texture, we recommend gently warming them before serving.

⚠️ Important before reheating

Always remove cookies from the gift box and packaging before reheating.
Do not heat cookies inside the box or packaging.

Microwave (Quick & Easy)

• Remove cookie from box and packaging
• Heat one cookie:10–15 seconds for a soft, warm texture15–20 seconds for a gooey center
• Do not overheat

Oven (Bakery-style)

• Preheat oven to 320–340°F (160–170°C)
• Place cookies on a baking tray
• Warm for 3–5 minutes

Serving suggestions

• Enjoy warm
• Pairs well with milk, coffee, latte, tea, or matcha
• Break in half to reveal the soft center

Storage

Room temperature:

• Airtight container — up to 2–3 days

Refrigerator:

• Airtight container — up to 5–7 days
• Reheat before serving

Freezer:

• Up to 1 month
• Thaw slowly in the refrigerator or reheat directly before serving.
